Stall from 1 category example balloon shoot stall 1 number is enough for 200 members. Also for 200 members, you choose 4 to 5 stalls to engage the audience.
For corporate events or Birthday parties what type of stalls is required?
You can choose the stalls based on the audience, if a corporate event you just need a game stall like Balloon Shoot, Archery, Mini golf etc. But in the Birthday functions or family day events you need to target the kids also so in this case you can choose a game stall plus food stalls like cotton candy, and popcorn stalls as well.
What is the space required for each stall?
It’s based on the venue, if the venue is bigger then we can give more space between each stall or if the event venue is small in size we need at least 8 x 8 feet per stall.
What are your payment terms to book a stall?
50% advance balance at the end of the event by cash/wire transfer
How many days are required to book a stall?
If it’s an off-season 10 days are required to book the stalls. If it’s a wedding season or corporate event season then you need to book the stalls 1 month prior.
How many stalls I can book for my event?
The choice is yours, you can book your stalls based on the crowd. say example if the crowd is 500 then you can book at least 10 to 15 stalls.
How to manage the huge crowd in the stalls?
The ticketing system is the only option to manage the huge crowd. Food stalls like pani puri, cotton candy or popcorn etc should to enjoyed by everyone. Without the ticket system food counters are not enjoyed by the huge crowd.
Do you have tickets if we are required to manage the huge crowd?
Yes, we can arrange a ticket and give it to you. Before the start of the event, you can distribute the ticket to the audience.
How is your food quality for the stalls?
We ensure that we are using safe, clean and non-toxic food items to prepare the food stalls. For Cola ice, we use hi-quality ice cubes prepared from pure mineral water, for colour the colo ice is hi quality recommend colours only.
What is your setup time and removal time of stalls?
30 minutes we required to set up and test the stalls. So plan your stall counters based on this.
What are the locations where you cover your stalls in Chennai?
We serve our stall all over Chennai from Tiruvottiyur to Mahabalipuram till to Chengalpattu. In case you require the stalls out of Chennai then the transport charges will come.
